1. Introduction The HS6621CxC is a power-optimized true System-on-Chip (SOC) solution for both Bluetooth low energy and proprietary 2.4-GHz applications. It integrates a high performance and low power RF transceiver with Bluetooth base-band and rich peripheral IO extension. HS6621CxC also integrates a power management to provide high-efficient power management. The HS6621CxC is designed for operation in the world wide ISM frequency band at 2.400 - 2.4835GHz. The radio front end uses GFSK modulation. It has user configurable parameters like frequency channel, output power and air data rate. HS6621CxC supports an air data rate of 500kbps, 1Mbps and 2Mbps. The high air data rates combined with two power saving modes make the HS6621CxC very suitable for ultra low power designs.
